Directions: Take 20 drops in about 50ml water 2 or 3 times a day.

Ingredients: Serenoa Repens (Saw palmetto), Hypoxis Hemerocallidea (Lotsane/Sterblom/African Potato), Urtica Dioica (Nettle), Echinacea Purpurea (Purple Coneflower), Silybum Marianum (Milk thistle), Elymus Repens (Couch grass) in 45% alcohol and water solution.

If wanting to avoid consuming the alcohol content, place the drops in hot water and leave for 1 - 2 minutes, allowing the ethanol to evaporate away.
